We believe every trader deserves a fair shot, and every firm we work with must operate transparently, ethically, and consistently.

We Monitor Withdrawal Activity — Independently

Our platform doesn't just automate your prop firm experience. Behind the scenes, we track withdrawal activity across every firm using Propriotec.

If a firm is regularly rejecting trader withdrawals, here's what we do:

  1. Trigger an Internal Audit: Our system flags firms with abnormally high rejection rates.
  2. Manual Review: We independently assess the reasons given for those rejections.
  3. Enforce Accountability: If we find unfair behaviour, we issue fines to the firm.
  4. Protect the Trader Ecosystem: In severe or repeated cases, we will disable the firm's access to our platform entirely.

We don't control payouts. But we do hold firms accountable when those payouts are unfairly denied.

What We Define as Unacceptable

Our review process kicks in if we spot things like:

  • Payouts denied for vague or arbitrary reasons
  • Retroactive rule changes after a challenge is completed
  • Unclear trading rules used to justify rejection
  • Behaviour that feels like a trap, not a challenge

We know the difference between a fair rejection and a dodgy one. And we act when we see it.
